Submission Requirements:

• Personal Purchases: Just fill out application and agree to specific bulk purchase terms.
• Businesses: Upload proof of business such as a valid business license (salon/barbershop license) or resale certificate.

Placing Bulk Orders

Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with your promo code. You can place bulk orders anytime on ivyusa.com using this code. If you are looking for quantities larger than what is currently available online, please email your request to hello@ivyusa.com. Our team will review availability and let you know the best next steps.

IVY Beauty Bulk Terms & Conditions:

In addition to IVY Beauty’s standard store policies, the following terms apply to all bulk purchases:

• Eligibility: Enrollment in our Bulk Program is subject to approval. Only customers in good standing who accept these Terms & Conditions are eligible for bulk discounts.
• Processing: Bulk purchases may take up to 7 business days after final confirmation to prepare and process for shipping.
• Returns: Bulk purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds except in cases of damage or defect.
• Promotions: Not eligible for sitewide discounts, promotions, point earnings, or redemptions. Codes can not be combined.
• Reselling: Reselling on 3rd party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• SRP: Items must comply with Suggested Retail Price (SRP) on ivyusa.com.
• Ongoing Qualification: Enrollment may undergo internal reviews anytime and may be closed without notice.
• Program Changes: IVY Beauty may update, change, or terminate the program without prior notice.

If found in violation of the SRP Policy or acting in disruptive ways, your ivyusa.com account may be closed. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages related to account closure.

All other conditions are subject to IVY Beauty’s standard Terms of Service.
