To request deletion of your data, please email us at hello@ivyusa.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your full name and the email address associated with your IVY BEAUTY account (or the email used to log in via Meta).
Upon verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize your Personal Data from our systems, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
We will respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days (or as otherwise required by applicable law).
