We strive to ship all orders as fast as possible. All our orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details along with the tracking number. To cancel your order, please email us at hello@ivyusa.com ASAP upon placing your order. To ensure fast processing and shipping, all orders get processed as soon as they are received. For this reason, we kindly ask you to double your order details before checking out.
