- Point Value & Earning: Each reward point is valued at $0.01. Points are calculated based on the order subtotal after applied discounts, and prior to taxes and shipping fees.
- Exclusions: Gift card purchases, shipping fees, taxes, and canceled or returned orders are not eligible to earn points. If an item is returned or an order is canceled, the points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
- Point Expiration: Reward points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no points earned or redeemed).
- Tier Status: Tier status (IVY, RED, GOLD, RUBY) is updated based on your cumulative eligible spending within a rolling 12-month period.
- Birthday Rewards: To receive your 15% Birthday coupon, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to the date. If your birthday falls within 30 days of registration, your reward will be granted the following year.
- Stacking Restrictions: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Redeemed reward point codes, first sign-up coupons, birthday coupons, and members week coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other site-wide promotional sales unless otherwise stated.
