General Questions

Do you have any retail locations?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location (just yet).

Order Information

We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale prices.

If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)

Can I cancel my order? Can I change the shipping address for my order?

To cancel an order, please email hello@ivyusa.com ASAP and we’ll help you find a solution.

To change your shipping address, please email our Customer Care team by emailing hello@ivyusa.com with your order number and updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been processed to ship.

I received a wrong/damaged product...

How do I use a promo code?

Occasionally we offer promo codes good for discounts on ivyusa.com. If you have a valid code, you can apply it at checkout.


  • 1. In the "PAYMENT" section, find "Gift card or discount code"
  • 2. Enter the promo code and select "APPLY."

If the promo code you enter is valid, we'll immediately apply the discount to your order total and show you the updated amount.

How do I use coupons?

We offer coupons for discounts on ivyusa.com. Once you claim the coupon(s), you can select them, then apply it at checkout.

In the “Discounts/Rewards" section, find “Coupon discount”.

Select the coupon(s) you'd like to use then click the “Apply Coupon” button.

If the coupon(s) you've selected are applicable, your discount will be reflected on your total.

How do I claim my coupon code?

If you have received a coupon code in the mail, please add these coupons to your account by logging in! If you are new please create an IVY Beauty account to claim your coupon.

Coupon codes must be added to your MY IVY account BEFORE checkout. Once logged in, you may add the coupon to your account by typing the unique code into the MY COUPONS tab and selecting claim! Once claimed the coupon will be available to use during checkout.

Can I use multiple promo codes at the same time?

No, only one discount code may be used per order.

Where does Ivybeauty ship?

Ivybeauty currently ships to the U.S. domestic states.

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or other countries (international) at this time.

When will my order ship?

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2-3 business days - orders placed after 3PM are processed the next business day. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive.

Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it doesn’t’ hurt to check with your neighbors and/or post office in the meantime!
