RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Process

  1. 🛍️⏰ Check Eligibility: Ensure your return request is within 10 days of your order date. 
  1. 💌 Contact Support: Email our Support Team at hello@ivyusa.com with: 
  • Order Number. 
  • Product(s) to return. 
  • Return reason. 
  1. 📦 Pack & Send: Place items and original packing slip in the package securely. 
  1. 🔄 Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the package. 

 

Returns

  • IVY beauty reserves the right to refuse a return and exclusions may apply. Only items purchased on ivyusa.com may be returned. 
  • Returns are eligible within 10 days of receiving your order. 
  • Items that cannot be returned: clearance and gift items. 
  • Purchases made at outside retailers are ineligible for returns. 
  • We do not offer exchanges; eligible products can only be returned. 
  • If a return label is provided, a $7 return fee may be deducted from your refund, depending on the nature of your return. 

 

Refunds 

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method used at checkout or as store credit. 
  • Depending on your banking institution, refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. 
  • If items are returned in used condition, customers may receive a partial refund or store credit based on the product’s condition. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Defective, Damaged, Missing Items

  • We strive to ensure you receive our products in perfect condition. We may replace or refund defective or damaged items. 
  • For assistance, please email hello@ivyusa.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo/video. 

 

Incorrect Address

  • Please verify your address before placing your order, as we cannot edit orders once they have shipped. 
  • Due to our product’s low cost, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible once orders are shipped with a valid address. 

 

Missing Packages

  • We ship with Free Standard Shipping via UPS and/or USPS. Sometimes tracking updates may show delivery before actual arrival. 
  • If your order is not received within a few days after the last tracking update, please email our Customer Support team at hello@ivyusa.com with your order number and tracking information within 7 days. 

 

International Orders

  • Except for Hair Tool category products, we do not accept returns due to our product’s low cost.
