Refund Policy

Return & Refund

Ivy Beauty will refund only regular-priced, defective, or unused products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Return conditions must be unopened, undamaged, and in brand new condition.

For any issues regarding a missing/undelivered package, please contact us within 30 days of purchase in order for us to provide further assistance.

Refund usually takes 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items, but depending on your bank, it may take up to one billing cycle.

The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

Defective, Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received defective or damaged items, please email us along with a photo or video showing the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is placed with missing and/or incorrect shipping information, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased before or after any promotional sale are not subject to any price adjustments regarding sale pricing.
