      Ruby Kisses made this Matte Liquid Lipstick in the color Orchid Heart and it is absolutely lovely, especially for this fall season! It is a beautiful purple color. It dries quickly but not too fast that you cannot clean it up.       This Forever Matte Liquid Lipstick is one of the best lipsticks I've used in a really long time. It feels very light and feathery on my lips so it doesn't really feel like I'm wearing anything. It doesn't dry my lips out much either which is a HUGE plus for me. Most matte lipsticks I come across dry out your lips. One other big plus is once you put it on, it stays put. You don't have to worry about it transferring to anything. Once it dries, and it's dries relatively quickly, it's on for the whole day.
