I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to find the feedback page for this product. This is the WORST eyeliner I have EVER used in my life. It’s not even worth the $5. You’ll have black smudges all over your face whether you shed a tear or not. This is a sad excuse for a product, advertised as waterproof but it doesn’t even stay on when dry. I’ll be telling everyone I can what a ridiculous waste of a product this is. Pitiful.
